You enquire
Use the form, WhatsApp, or a call. Tell us whether you want a residential plot, a villa, a multi-purpose plot, or industrial land, or ask for the brochure, price list, or a site visit.

We call you back
An advisor goes through the plots on offer, their sizes, zones, and current prices, and the documents for each.
- 03
You visit the site
We share the pin and the route, and meet you there if you want. See the plot, the roads, and the Activation Area before you decide anything.

You check, then decide
Match the title, the zone, and the registered project on the Gujarat RERA portal. Nothing is paid on this website, and we do not ask for money over WhatsApp.
What we tell every buyer
Straight answers, including what we do not know yet.
Before you pay anything, check the registered project on the Gujarat RERA portal. Our RERA section lists what to match.
- Prices can change. We tell you the date of the price list we are quoting.
- We tell you the plot size in square yards and square metres, and the land-use zone it falls in.
- We share the title, NA permission, and layout approval for the plot, and say clearly when a document is pending.
- The airport, semi high-speed rail, and freight corridor are planned. We do not describe them as complete.
- No one can guarantee appreciation. We do not promise returns on any plot.
- Images on this site are illustrative unless they are marked as our own site-visit photos.
